Begin by placing the middle of the CLX around your head and placing both hands in each end of the CLX Easy Grip Loop (one in each hand). Hold arms in front of you at eye level with elbows bent at 90 degrees keeping slight tension in your CLX. Keeping your neck in a neutral position and chin slightly tucked in to stabilize, extend your elbows until your arms are straight in front of you. Hold briefly and slowly return to your starting position.
*Do not exceed 300% elongation. Some exercises may require longer lengths of CLX.
