  • Begin by placing each hand into an Easy Grip Loop so that hands are one loop apart using an open handed grip.
  • Rotate your hands outward so that palms are supinated.
  • Raise your hands so that your elbows are at a 90° angle and hands are in front of you.
  • Extend your elbows and shoulders straight outward and retract your shoulder blades.

*Do not exceed 300% elongation. Some exercises may require longer lengths of CLX.
